Mediums and Spirit Guides

What is a Medium?

A medium is a person who has the ability to communicate with those who have at an earlier time, lived on this earth plain and have since made the transition that we call Death, we now refer to them as spirits, who are still very much alive.   The medium through his "spirt guide" is able to pass on messages and comfort from these,  spirit entities, to their loved ones who are still here and following their own earthly pathway or existence.

How is this possible?

Well, if we accept that dying is not the end of our existence, and that our physical body was just a vessel that carried our consciousness through this life span, and that our soul survives the bodily death and exists somewhere else, then it is obvious that it should be possible to make contact with that consciousness, including all the memories and emotions that made that personality what they were and still are.

Every Medium has a spirit guide, that spirit guide is the all important link between those who have passed to the spirit realms and the Medium that he/she works through in whatever capacity.   The medium gets the messages from the spirit guide and relates it to the recipient of the message.

In my opinion, for what it is worth, there are to many mediums who fail to recognize the importance of their spirit guide, instead they are quite prepared to stand and give their messages willing to accept the glorification from those listening, without any thought  to the hard work that the guide puts in to make it all possible.   Guides are an integeral part of the partnership and therefore deserve the recognition that they often fail to receive.   And so it is with this in mind, that I want to try and  give them the platform that they rightly deserve.
